“KIIT School of Pharmacy” organized an industrial visit for D. Pharm 1st & 2nd year students at Mannequin Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., Plot No. B/26 & B/26/1, Chandaka Industrial Estate, Bhubaneswar – 751024 on 1st April 2025. Around 40 students have actively participated in the visit and are accompanied by our faculties Dr. Gyanada Sankar Dash & Miss. Ipsita Kar.
The visit started with a presentation explaining about the company organogram, infrastructure and current growth status. Students visited the Quality Control, Microbiology, Production and Packaging departments. They had a chance to see the working of different machines such as Tablet punching machine, Ointment filling machine, Double cone blender, Tablet coating machine, Dissolution apparatus, Gas Chromatography, HPLC etc. They were being explained the primary and secondary packaging of the finished products. The visit ended by expressing our sincere gratitude to the MD and HR department for making it remarkable. Students were enriched by the real time operations within the Pharmaceutical industry.
