As per the guidelines of the University Grant Commission, Govt. of India, The KIIT Deemed to be University is celebrating the Anti-ragging week from 12-08-2025 to 18-08-2025. The 14th August 2025 is the Anti-ragging day. The KIIT School of Pharmacy of KIIT Deemed to be University Celebrated the Anti-Ragging Day on 14-08-2025. All students were participated the program including the Staffs. The Principal of the KIIT School of Pharmacy, Prof. Biswaranjan Behera (Principal) and Dr. Dhirodatta Senapati (Associate Professor), delivered the speech on what is Ragging, what could be the consequences if any student is found to be guilty for ragging, the Law made by the Supreme Court of India about Ragging, etc. The students took oath that they will not be involved in Ragging either directly or indirectly and they will not be act a silent viewer of Ragging activity.
