We are delighted to share that the faculty members of KIIT School of Pharmacy, KIMS, KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar actively participated in the two-day CAPSULE 3 (Creating Able Pharmacists for Sustainable Leadership in Education) Leadership Program, held on 3rd and 4th July 2026 and organized by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi.

This advanced Faculty Development Program provided an excellent platform to strengthen leadership capabilities, promote innovation, enhance research excellence, and contribute to the future of pharmaceutical education. The CAPSULE initiative is designed to empower pharmacy educators by aligning academic practices with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 while equipping them with contemporary teaching and research tools, including Generative AI, to transform pharmacy education.

Participating in this enriching program significantly enhanced our professional knowledge, teaching competencies, confidence, and understanding of the evolving landscape of pharmacy education.
