KIIT Deemed to be University Bhubaneswar organised a Mega blood donation program under Art of Giving at the indoor stadium of KIIT University. The students and staff of KIIT, KISS, and KIMS had participated in the program. Prof. Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder of KIIT, KISS University had inaugurated the program. More than 3000 blood units were collected by KIMS blood bank, and 8 to 10 district headquarters hospitals. About 200 students and staff of KIIT School of Pharmacy were participated in the program with a donation of more than 40 blood units.
